Currently Reads As 

“Local delegates and alternates to the National Convention will be elected by the Local Steering Committee. Elections for the National Convention delegation shall be held on the schedule announced by the national organization.” 

Proposed Amendment

Replace “elected by the Local Steering Committee” with “nominated by the Local Steering Committee”
