Crisis Pregnancy Center Protests

The Abortion Rights Working Group is protesting our local crisis pregnancy center (CPC) during the fascist right’s “40 Days of Life.” The Community Women’s Clinic of Philadelphia at 1202 Locust St is one of the many state-funded fake clinics that prevent people from getting the health care they seek. CPCs are anti-abortion, anti-sexual health, don’t have medical professionals on site, are not required to protect patient data or privacy, and lure patients from neighboring abortion clinics on false pretense.

Neighboring the local Planned Parenthood, Philly DSA wants to show up to protest the fake clinic to:

• Educate the community on its deceptive practices
• Show support for workers, volunteers, and patients at the neighboring Planned Parenthood
• Outnumber the right wingers in front of PP who harass workers, patients, and pedestrians
