The Philly DSA Green New Deal Commission is joining DSA chapters across the country for a national day of action. On the Fifth Anniversary of the Paris Climate Accord, we are putting National Dems on blast. We need a Green New Deal now because we are in the fight for our lives!  #Fightforourlives #DoOrDie

Join us for a two-part action on Saturday, 12/12!  

• Part 1: Take a selfie in front of a Septa stop, school, hospital, post office, or public park in your neighborhood. Detailed directions with messaging and hashtags provided in our toolkit. Post selfie across social media and tag Biden, Kerry, Brian Deese, and Pelosi. 
• Part 2: Join us for a zoom phone zap on 12/12 at 12 noon to flood our state reps’ VM & Inboxes demanding a Green New Deal Now! RSVP below.

Why

We’re in the middle of unprecedented, intersecting crises with massive human costs. And instead of figuring out how to align with popular movement demands like a Green New Deal, Medicare for All, and defunding police to reinvest in care — which reflect real needs of the masses — establishment Democrats are blaming the left for their own losses.
