Green New Deal Open Strategy Meeting

Of all of capitalism's self-inflicted crises, none are more urgent or potentially disastrous than climate change. To survive the 21st century, we need a Green New Deal--a radical restructuring of our entire economy to put the brakes on greenhouse gas emissions before it's too late. What will a project like that look like here in Philadelphia, and what can Philly DSA do to ensure that the solution to this crisis benefits the working class, not the capitalists who profited from causing this disaster? Come join the GND Strategy Committee for an Open Strategy Meeting to discuss this question with us. We'll review the work the committee has done already to answer this question, and seek input, advice, and feedback from the membership and the public. Members and non-members are alike are welcome to attend.
