Representative Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) is preparing to reintroduce the Medicare for All Act in the house as soon as March 17. The Medicare for All bill would expand and improve Medicare, providing comprehensive care to everyone that needs it for free at the point of service. This would literally be life-saving for the working people of Philadelphia, yet only one of our representatives cosponsored the Medicare for All act of 2019. Those that didn’t claim that they can’t support it because their constituents don’t. This is disgraceful and needs to be shown for the lie that it is.
